Review all System change management, Business rule validations, Enhancements and Detection Scenario implementation.
Review for changes or remediation activities impacting normal transaction monitoring processing for the relevant Product / Segments.
Review and analyse Product Artefacts, identifying any anomalies and tracking resolution with applicable implementation teams.
Good communication and follow-ups with various stake holders on support activities where applicable.
Risk Management
Apply Group and FCC policies and processes (AML monitoring) to manage risks.
Escalate timely on issues in banks\xe2\x80\x99 product and segment systems impacting transaction monitoring effectiveness.
Assessment on prioritization of upstream changes impacting Transaction Monitoring across relevant Product and Segment areas.
Governance
Provide inputs to line manager on relevant business / segment / product related and provide updates to working group meeting actionable.
Ensure Product and Segment related matters impacting monitoring are raised and tracked in relevant FCC and Upstream Governance Committees.
Support by providing inputs to line manager on major Transaction Monitoring matters impacting Product or Segment areas, where required.

Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
3 years of experience in Business Analyst covering Transaction Monitoring systems.
Functional / business knowledge or prior experience in any of the verticals such as Crypto, FM, Trade Finance, securities services or payment systems would be an advantage.
Analys Experience in different banking domains - retail, corporate, private banking, asset, liability and payments.
Mathematical and statistical skills are also valuable to help gather, measure, organize, and analyse data.
Good presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence the decision and manage stakeholders.
Fair understanding of Trade or security services or payment systems is an added advantage.
Working experience with integration systems or compliance systems preferred.
Experience in handling senior stake holders across geographies.
ACAMS or equivalent would be an advantage.
Expertise in SQL is mandatory.
Analysis Skills
Should be able to analyse data trends and out of pattern activities, working knowledge on data models and construct SQL queries and extract data for the given business requirement.
