Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

- Lead Farm GIS (Geographic Information System) and geo-tagging transformative tools in modern agriculture, which help to map farms and collect relevant data for analysis projects.

- Prepare a detailed action plan on these technologies in consultation with internal and external stakeholders, customer projects delivery plan, and follow deadlines.

- Interaction with service providers/farm teams and farmers to understand and map their technology and non-technology expectations.

- Field traveling to understand the challenges of field mapping and find solutions to address these challenges.

- Present farm GIS mapping technological solutions offerings to stakeholders, capture feedback, and follow up tracking.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and platform user interface, and prepare a market intelligence report

- Manage farm digitization routine deliverable activities and interact with them on deliverables.

- Responsible for managing and delivering farm data digitization and data governance projects within agreed schedules with high industry standards.

- Involve field-level team management tasks on data collection and processor involvement for different customers.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility, and developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Working with the Company\'s project team to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

- Provide platform demos to customers over the web and in person, and answer first level technical questions.

- Develop requirements, documents, and use cases for new product features.

- Very strong cross-functional ability to work with different teams and getting work done approach.

- Experience in digital/precision agriculture or farm management companies will be very useful.
