Manager Facility



Experience - 5 to 10 Years


Qualification - Any Graduate


Responsibilities


• Interaction with property owners/residents and ensure that their grievances are handled in timely and proper manner.
• Overseeing & controlling housekeeping, horticulture, security and sanitation.
• Provide Property Management service to ensure that all amenities are resourced and maintained.
• Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications.
• Coordination in preparing budgets of Property management and manage accordingly.
• Managing smooth maintenance of electro mechanical equipment in the estate.
• Ensuring collection of dues from the residents on regular basis.
• Vendor development & management for maintenance & renovations in the estate.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS and data management.

Desired Candidate


• Candidate having experience in managing facility of residential complexes / Real Estate.
• Should have experience in managing people across multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
