• Responsible for air, water and power in the facility

• Facility management including DG maintenance, building maintenance and common area maintenance

• Liaising with BESCOM officials related to power

• Upkeeping of facility includes the MSG, admin building

• Supporting Reliability Engg and plant teams for equipment\\building maintenance

• Working closely with EHS function to optimize the usage of water and power

• Effective supervision of civil, plumbing & fabrication activities required to maintain the facility.

• Responsible for monitoring\\maintaining the statutory requirements related to facility.

• Preparing MIS report related to facility management and reviewing with Plant Manager

• Supporting PED for ongoing projects as well as for new projects

• Responsible for driving and executing improvement projects across the campus related to facility management

• Responsible for preparing\\executing the capex related projects for facility management
