Manager Facilites (Technical)
What you will do:
Key Accountabilities & Functional Expertise:
Real Estate & Project Management• Equipped with extensive background in providing astute leadership, vision, and market knowledge in directing cross-functional teams, managing property functions, and developing innovative strategies
• Consolidations exercise of various office spaces through leadership strategy and coordinating with various internal stake holders
• Directed, coordinated, and developed site disposition strategy and processes, consisting of financial objective development and forecasting,
• Identification of areas for improvement, performance metrics, and risk management
• Developed strategic space planning with business units to enable effective usage of seats and reduce real estate cost.
• Plan, forecast and manage the Capital (CAPEX) /Operational (OPEX) Expenditure Budget and continuously review for cost optimization potential
• Liaoning with government bodies for various real estate approvals and administrative requirements
Facilities Management / Technical Skills• Manage & develop compliance framework for facilities operations
• Candidate should have knowledge to drive EHS OHSAS 45001 & EMS 14001 initiatives like, Energy Management System (EMS), Health Safety and Environment
• Plan facility related disaster recovery plan (DRP) and risk assessment (RA)
• Implementing Integrated Facility Management Services, (IFMS) in line with the vision of the real estate function
• Proactively looking at various automation processes within facilities and cross functions to adopt best tools in industry.
• Manage all electro machinal services at site and ensure safety, driving cost initiatives.
• Implementation LEAN program for site and create Daily management dashboards
• Scheduling and Implementing Preventive maintenance to maintain the uptime of Utilities, Machines
• and Equipment.
• Maintaining & Monitoring ELV systems like FAS, CCTV, Access Control, GSS, VESDA,
• WLD, PA System to ensure security at Plant.
• Handling service partners for annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for maintenance.
• Conducting Daily meeting (Gemba) with departmental team and cross functional team.
• Leading Energy saving initiatives
• Drive, plan & deliver minor real estate Projects within the organization
• CAPEX & OPEX Budget Planning, Spares Inventory Management.
• Capacity Expansion - Installation of Utilities like Transformer, DG Sets, UPS etc.
• Productive & sustainable relationship with Internal Stakeholders and Governmental
• Agencies viz. DISH , Gram panchayat, MIDC, MPCB, MSEDCL, Electrical Inspector Office.
• Project Management: Greenfield Project, Brownfield Project, Minor Improvement Projects
• H&S campaign, Awareness programs on Electrical Hazards & Safety
What you should have with you
You should have 10+ years of relevant experience in managing with tech services for Real Estate & Facilities.
You should have good knowledge about local compliances (pollution control, electricity board etc.)
