Position Summary Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) professionals provides advisory services including Accounting and regulatory support for accounting change and special matters; accounting processes and controls support. We are looking for an experienced EPM professional focussed on Tagetik / LucaNet to join EY FAAS team to help drive growth and manage delivery teams, bring subject matter expertise around Tagetik / LucaNet solution of our FAAS services. The Manager should be competent to manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for the timeliness and quality of the work as per EY Global Standards for our FAAS team. While the Manager will be based out of our Gurugram or Bengaluru or Mumbai offices, the individual will be responsible for supporting EY practices and clients across the Global Market. Also, the individual may be required to travel to other countries (short-term) for executing the client engagements.
Primary Responsibilities
The Manager will manage teams of FAAS professionals during engagements covering a broad spectrum of EPM areas. The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Demonstrating technical expertise in Tagetik/LucaNet implementations, including proficiency in data mapping, conversion validation, system configuration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Proficiently understanding standard dimensions and hierarchies within Tagetik/LucaNet applications, with the ability to create business rules for consolidation, planning, and reporting
  • Developing data integration workflows to and from Tagetik / LucaNet applications, crafting end-user reports, and designing planning reports
  • Creating comprehensive training materials and user documentation to facilitate efficient platform adoption
  • Designing data schemas and models to ensure efficient data organization, transformation, and validation activities
  • Conducting comprehensive cost-benefit analysis, costing assessments, and benchmarking exercises to measure the performance of Tagetik/LucaNet applications
  • Identifying and understanding critical business requirements to guide EPM acquisition decisions and drive optimal application configuration
  • Advising clients on enhancing their budgeting, consolidation, forecasting, planning, and reporting processes using Tagetik/LucaNet functionalities
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and advancements in Consolidation process, sharing knowledge and insights with the team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, contribute to solution design, and provide expert insights into Tagetik/LucaNet capabilities
  • Assisting in project management activities, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring overall project progress
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Tagetik / LucaNet modules, addressing any functional issues or enhancements required
  • Ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Taking ownership of engagement planning, budgeting, execution, and effective management of projects to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications, skills and experience

To qualify, candidates must have:
  • Bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Candidates with a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in Tagetik / LucaNet
  • Tagetik / LucaNet certification and hands on experience working with Tagetik / LucaNet
Experience in the following areas:
  • Strong understanding of Financial Close/Fast Close, Consolidation & Reporting, and Disclosure Management, Planning and Budgeting, including expertise in configuring functionalities such as account setup, metrics, and other relevant aspects
  • Support Tagetik / LucaNet users by process improvement, troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and assisting in the creation of documentation as needed
  • Experience in integrating Tagetik / LucaNet with other systems and external platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively engage stakeholders
  • Project management experience, including the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage a team and to establish credibility as a trusted advisor with clients
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interface with all levels of management (EY and clients)
  • Willingness to work in a global environment where travel is regularly required for several clients
