Job Description


EXPORT & IMPORT MANAGER: (Chennai, Egmore Corporate office)- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience is mandatory.- Hands on experience in liasoning in pre & post-sales shipping documents required.- Coordinate with Plants, purchase, and marketing team for dispatch of goods.- Must maintain EXIM related reports and documents- Good communication skills and good in individual correspondence- Able to work independently with no supervision.- Well-versed with import formalities and accounting aspects.- Expert in all licences formalities- Hands on experience in DGFT formalities- Hands on experience in Advance License formalities, EPCG filling, MEIS application process etc.,- Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export invoice, packing list, tracking shipment, letter of credit, coordination with overseas buyer, CHA, freight forwarders & shipping agents regarding shipment.- Keep track of remittances received and provide settlement instructions to bank invoice wise.- Excellent knowledge in MIS and keep update the pending issues.- Coordinating with forwarders for shipment movement.Desired Candidate Profile:1. Excellent written and oral communication2. Hands on experience in Documentation3. Familiar with all the EXIM formalities4. Able to handle independently with no supervision at all5. DGFT experience is a must6. If engineering candidate is available fine or else other degrees also OK
