Job Description

The Execution manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various interior design projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications And Skills : Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office

Knowledge of the interior design industry and materials

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and oversee interior design projects from start to finish,

ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetCoordinate with clients and understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets

Conduct site visits, measurements, and assessments to develop accurate project plans

Collaborate with designers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively Monitor and report project progress to the top management, addressing any issues or concerns promptly

Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards throughout the project

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the project team

Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions

Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and customer service

Coordinate with Sales, Design Team & Factory and ensure on time Project Completion.

Prepare Handing over documents & ensure Project completion certification for all Projects. Report On-going & Upcoming Project Status

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
