Role: The ERP Applications Manager (NetSuite) reports to the VP, Special Projects and will manage 3 NetSuite specialists. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, designing, and customizing NetSuite projects as per business needs. The Manager will be accountable for the roadmap delivery of NetSuite projects needed to achieve and support company growth.Your Day with Equisoft:Operations

• Understand business requirements by implementing appropriate solutions using NetSuite features

• Establish road map for NetSuite functionalities to support and maintain business growth

• Leverage NetSuite to the business needs and operations

• Run projects for NetSuite changes and future integrations

• Support any issues with NetSuite to support current config
• Demonstrate NetSuite functionality internally, coordinate training and rollout to teams

• Build project plan for NetSuite solutions implementations

Team Management

• Define clear expectations and objectives with the team members; provide appropriate learning tools and activities to attain objectives

• Help translating department objectives into individual team members objectives

• Build trust and camaraderie between team members, influence valuable changes and positive outcomes

• Consult frequently with team members and have regular touchpoint with each member of the team to discuss progress on goals, engagement, professional development and more

• Establish an open discussion for decision-making, foster new ideas coming from team members, encourage and support independent thinking

• Recognize and acknowledge the skills of key team members and utilize their strengths to the benefit of the team

• Evaluate results and provide feedback in a timely fashion

• Share the team\'s challenges and successes with the direct supervisor

• Manage your team budget, overall allocations, resource distribution based on seniority level, skillset, etc.

• Motivate team members, ensure their good performance and actively contribute to the attainment of the goals and deliverables of the team

• Deliver or participate in training sessions to help with the integration of new knowledge and the development of the team\'s expertise

• Ensure the company\'s policies, as well as the standards and best practices are respected

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of functional NetSuite experience, and at least 2 years in a manager role

• Deep understanding of NetSuite and can function as subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization and data integrity.

• Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Natural charisma and leadership, team player

• Rigor and meticulousness

• Good communicator, versatile and autonomous

• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer, NetSuite Administrator, etc.) are an asset
