As part of the Centre of Excellence, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful engagement strategies and continuously refining processes to support both individual and organisational growth.About the roleAs an Engagement and People Processes Manager, you will be a part of the Centre of Excellence team for the group and will be responsible for driving and delivering the annual plan as well as long-term enhancements in these areas.Key Responsibilities:Engagement:

  • Develop and enhance the engagement framework for the group
  • Manage various pulse surveys and planned surveys under continuous listening and periodic listening framework
  • Work with the Business Unit SPOCs on driving participation and disseminating results
  • Drive periodic dashboards and analytics and share insights and action plans with leadership
  • Centrally manage vendor and tech co-ordination
Performance
  • Continually enhance the effectiveness of the performance management framework at the group
  • Formulate and drive annual performance calendar, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end
  • Work with Business Unit SPOCs to deliver on the performance calendar and/or any enhancements
  • Undertake goals audit to ensure the quality of goal setting is in line with expected standards
  • Enhance employee and manager experience of performance management process using various levers like simplification, tech-enablement and functional enhancements
  • Centrally manage vendor and tech co-ordination
Education:
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute or equivalent advanced degree
Experience:
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated track record of success in HR processes, engagement, or performance management
Skills:
  • Previous exposure to performance management and/or employee engagement is preferred, but not required
  • Strong preference for candidates with a creative mindset, capable of designing compelling visual presentations and storyboards that communicate ideas effectively
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with a keen ability to transform data and insights into actionable narratives
