MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)
The primary responsibilities of this role are:
• Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy to enhance employee sense of belonging and satisfaction.
• Design and execute employee engagement calendar consisting of connect sessions, events, workshops, and recognition initiatives.
• Manage the annual employee engagement survey and action plans to enhance engagement levels.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions to measure and identify areas for improvement and track them to closure.
• Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across Leadership team and business by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
• Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, and ensuring they are delivered across all regions and clusters.
• Responsible for Employer Brand Management through various initiatives
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve our programs and initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
• 06 - 12 years proven experience in employee engagement roles, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Two Years Full time MBA in HR/Marketing from Premier or similar institute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels
