Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Conducting PPAP Audit and having required knowledge for the same.
- Assessing the supplier and providing necessary approval.
- Tracking of Part development and FTG at Supplier end as per project timeline.
- Technical review with supplier along with Engineering team for TSO.
- To ensure Product validation, JPTR and FTR clearance.
- To manage supply chain till part is handed over to SQA.
- Knowledge of part development through APQP methodology
- Knowledge on Electrical parts, Wiring harness, Switches, Lighting and Motors
- Knowledge of PFMEA, FMEA, DVP and FTG development
- Understanding of Engineering drawing, DVP and Testing aspects
- Able to drive the development internally and externally.
- Able to Generate Quality view of the Products.
- SAP knowledge on Quality management views
