You will be responsible for adding the \'fun\' in learning and ensuring that each child enjoys the school experience. They will know how to ease the transition from home to school and make school a happy place.Purpose1. To provide domain and training support to all teachers of our schools.2. To develop, review and implement curriculum and pedagogy regularly.3. To research and develop documentation and intellectual property for owned schools and our consultancy projects.4. To facilitate and enable timely set up of our schools from year zero onwards, ensure project budgets and excellencePrincipal Accountability & ResponsibilitiesSchool:1. Enable schools in the planning and development of the curriculum of study.2. Support schools in the planning and development of the lesson plans (Year Plan and Monthly Plans)3. Support schools in identifying staffing needs, screening and approving of the teaching faculty and conducting continuous professional development for them.4. Ensure that the schools are continuously updated on the developments pertaining to the respective board or curriculum.5. Ensure that all our schools have updated publications regarding the curriculum they offer.6. Ensure that the schools are continuously updated on best practices in India & across the worldCurriculum development:1. Review student results to support planning and execution of teaching strategies in coordination with schools.2. Research, initiate and ensure constant development of curriculum documents such as the, course outlines, handbooks, scheme of works, lesson plans, workbooks, question banks etc.3. Guide and support the schools in developing administrative and academic policies.Training and development:1. Contribute to the induction of all new employee in terms of explanation of the curriculum on offer, operational functioning and scope of services2. Develop the yearly professional development calendar in close coordination with the school3. Coordinate and conduct professional development sessions for the teaching staff.4. Support the schools in developing an induction program for new teachers to the school and new teachers to the program.5. Support schools in conducting workshops and orientation program for the teachers, students and parents.Self - development:1. Participate in training programs organized by the office.2. Upgrade existing skills to support the demands of the role3. Keep oneself informed on the latest pedagogy, best practices and new trends in the education domain.4. Identify and participate in professional development opportunities.Other Roles -As individual complex organizations, the nature of support provided to each school is tailored, requiring a dynamic approach as per their constant changing needs.To support the school in its own development so that it builds internal capacity and progress, making it sustainable over time.To keep oneself abreast of contemporary best practices and techniques to enrich our existing curriculum and pedagogyManage travel plan logistics to accommodate school calendars.
Age: 30 - 45YearsExperience: More than 10 years of teaching experience in a school environment with classroom experience of teaching Accountancy and Business Studies in senior classes.
