KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Tag Management & Frontend Implementation Use fronted languages like HTML to do changes web pages Chalk out roadmap for visitor and lead scoring for CRM, Product and Digital teams Write, modify, and debug web applications using Node.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS Design, code, and manage automated test scripts, continuous builds, and deployment Create modern and responsive layouts from designs and messaging provided by the creative team Develop new features, enhance existing features, and implement bug fixes in existing code Self-document development processes, conduct peer reviews, and give actionable feedback A/B Testing & Personalization Drive the overall conversion optimization and landing page optimization agenda Own the roadmap for 1:1 personalization and custom user journeys Co-own traffic to lead conversion with Product Key competencies/skills required A strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS Proven ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams. Evidence of influencing and challenging key stakeholders to implement best practices Ability to drive clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive agenda for Web application Fast learner and change management agent for new capabilities in frontend development Experience Graduate from a premier engineering institute 3-5 years of total experience At least 2 yrs prior experience in Frontend devenlopment Technical hands on experience of HTML and CSS, working understanding of core web technologies, such as HTML, PHP, .NET, CSS, JavaScript. Hands on knowledge of Google Analytics or other Web Analytics packages will be an advantage.
