End-to-end ownership of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s eCom foray in the region.
Chasing eCom targets and other business objectives
To strategize, conceptualize, and implement the Group\xe2\x80\x99s vision for this channel and eventually ensure greater MS on the online platforms in comparison to offline shares.
Identifying potential markets in this region and setting up the distribution channel (eCom platforms, distribution partners etc) with close monitoring of fulfilment rates and inventory checks.
Liaising with content team to improve the customer journey while ensuring brand guidelines and standards.
Working with sales teams to understand on-ground realities and ensuring consistency and parity in brand promotions (w.r.t to the retail market).
Partnering with marketing and advertising agencies to build visibility on the eCom sites.
Developing Joint Business Plans with e-retailers to include targeting budgets, marketing calendar & different promotion-led events.
Monitoring eCommerce P&L with timely reporting and ensuring that all KPIs including sales, ATL and BTL spends, and NC are met as per the set targets.
Proactively identifying business opportunities within the organization\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio and developing complete GTM strategies with measurable outcomes.
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor/master\'s degree in business management with minimum 5 years of experience within a growing eCommerce environment.
Has knowledge of e-commerce markets, trends and competitive landscape, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Experience with eCommerce operations handling including platform management, payments, and fulfilment (preferably in the FMCG sector).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with and handle demands of multiple stakeholders in a timely and organized fashion.
Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
