FunctionHarley Davidson BUPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs Manager- Instituitional Sales, you will be part of HDBU and will report to the Lead- Sales Planning & IS. The purpose of your role will be to to develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy for the automotive industry.He will oversee the management and optimization of the HDBU's online presence for bikes,accessories & merchandise including product selection, pricing, marketing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and the automotive industry.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy in H-D BU
2. Manage and optimize the company's online store, including product selection, pricing, marketing, and customer service
3. Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
4.
