In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing product documentation, ensuring that our customers and internal teams have access to clear, concise, and high-quality content. You will collaborate with product management, engineering, customer success, and UX teams to produce engaging documentation that enhances user experience and product adoption.If you thrive on crafting impactful documentation and are passionate about technical writing, AI-driven technology, and enhancing user experiences, this role is perfect for you!Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical writers and documentation specialists.
• Develop and execute a documentation strategy aligned with product roadmaps and customer needs.
• Manage the end-to-end documentation lifecycle, from planning to publishing and maintenance.
• Establish clear goals, priorities, and workflows to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
• Establish and enforce best practices, style guides, and documentation standards.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and customer success teams to understand documentation needs.
• Gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve content.

About You

• 12+ years of experience in an information technology environment, technical writing, documentation, or content development.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of technical writers or documentation specialists.
• Proven expertise in writing and managing SaaS product documentation, API docs, and user manuals.
• Experience with documentation tools.
• Experience with setting up documentation style guides and processes
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Technical understanding and experience writing documentation for data, analytics, or other enterprise products.
