This role is responsible for developing and managing our agency network, ensuring we build strong partnerships that drive revenue and expand our market reach. You will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in agency partnerships and channel management.Responsibilities :Develop and implement the agency channel strategy : Define the overall vision, goals, and objectives for the agency channel program. Create a comprehensive roadmap and action plan to achieve these goals.Recruit and onboard new agency partner : Identify and recruit qualified agencies that align with our brand and target market. Develop and manage the onboarding process to ensure successful integration and activation.Manage existing agency relationships : Build strong relationships with existing agency partners. Foster collaboration, communication, and mutual understanding. Proactively address their needs and challenges.Drive sales and revenue generation : Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives. Track performance metrics and analyze results to optimize campaigns and drive revenue.Develop and deliver training programs : Provide ongoing training and support to agency partners on our products, services, and sales processes.
