-Great OpportunityOur Client is a India-headquartered software product development company with a strong business presence in Eastern Europe and around 10 years of experience in designing, building, streamlining, and supporting complex and large-scale software products.The JobYour Responsibilities will include : - Analyzing and identifying gaps in website content, optimizing pages for improved search results, building links, and supervising content creation.- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and Managing paid search campaigns.- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.- Analyzing website and social media pages, then making recommendations for improvement.- Monitoring website traffic, search results, and developing strategies.- Generating content ideas and delegating these to the team.- Overseeing content creation and offering suggestions.- Optimizing pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile use.- Developing link-building strategies.- Keeping up to date with new trends and best SEO practices.Ideal CandidateSkills Required: - Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.- Experience with Google Analytics.- Great customer service and interpersonal skills.- Ability to follow specifications.- Ability to work under pressure.- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.- -Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
