Job Summary : - You are responsible for maintaining positive digital brand image by leading and developing marketing & communication functions. : Marketing : - The major tasks include managing Internal & External branding across all channels, tracking online reputation, developing company & product brochures, planning and designing advertising campaigns, managing copyright, trademarks etc.1. Managing Brand across various Online Properties Content creation for profiling company. Ensuring consistent brand communication across channels and portals Managing social properties like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Posting regular content (news, events, releases, etc), increase engagement and brand interest. Daily & real time checking social media for any customer feedback, complaints or comment and getting the same resolved.2. Maintaining Brand : - Creating branding guideline document & updating it. Ensuring consistency in usage of brand across channels, media properties. Auditing and fixing gaps if any on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.3. Collaterals Design and Production : - Preparing the \'Yearly Calendar\' for all the marketing activities w.r.t collaterals design and updation. Preparing the \'Task sheet\' for the Quarter in line with marketing needs. Designing the various Collaterals Brochures, Posters, Flyers, Banners, Newsletter etc using internal resources or an agency within timelines. Creating content for various collaterals through content team & getting it approved by the head. Preparing Pitch presentations for Sales Team.4. Video Production : - Identifying, Negotiating and Finalizing the vendor for video production- Writing/Reviewing script for the Video to be prepared for various product- Co-ordinating with the Video vendor at various stages like script, voiceover, artist, editing to get the desired video prepared.- Proof checking and taking the final approval from the head.5. Award Nomination : - Identifying different prestigious platforms where award nomination can be filed that can add to goodwill of the company. Applying for technology awards.6. Planning & Execution of Advertising Campaigns : - Identifying new advertising opportunities at competitive rates, cross branding to promote as a brand.Social Media advertising management.Other Online Advertising Campaigns with various marquee global publications.7. Events & Tradeshows : - Identifying & Booking various Trade shows to showcase product & services worldwide- Designing and fabricating the booth along with collaterals within timelines.- Pre and Post event communication with Customers (invitation, thank you, special offers)- Getting the Event Landing Page designed from the web team8. Trademark Filing and Monitoring : - Identifying the best trademark filing agency & Filing fresh Trademark application as per management instructions.- Tracking of Trademark applications already filled. Managing all trademark documentation. Tracking any parties infringing on trademark.9. Vendor Management : - Identifying and finalizing the vendors & agencies for various marketing needs.Communication : - Leading, Supervising and monitoring PR and communication activities including top press coverage, product reviews, publishing of featured articles, opinions, stories and building media relations.1. Press Release Dissemination and Coveragea. Preparing Press Release Calendar and ensuring timely release and maximum coverage.b. Regularly maintaining the media database for technology, computer software & other relevant verticals for release & product review purposes.c. Prepare the press release for respective products as per release calendar and securing internal approval from the business head. Uploading the press release on the releases section on websites.d. Working with media wire service or a PR Agency for news dissemination in target markets. Additional dissemination of press releases to the internal list of journalists & editors available and via various social media handles.e. Tracking coverage of the release issued.f. Building relations with most influential and effective blogs, media websites, newspapers, magazines, TV channels, radio worldwide.g. Preparing important Press Release coverage dossier in digital and/or printed form monthly and ensuring distribution to employees.2. Media Kit : a. Preparing Media Kit comprising of collaterals, product presentations, reviewers guide and video using Internal or External resources.3. Product Ratings : a. Compiling global database of software review media sites & editors for top products and markets.b. Maintaining active communication with review editors (through mail, chat or phone) for getting Stellar products reviewed.c. Informing the IB team of the reviews along with Stellar team through newsletter.d. Ensuring that good review stamps are used well on our sites and collaterals.4. Online Reputation Management : a. Checking various consumer review, community and social media sites for negative customer feedback and forwarding the same to relevant person and ensuring the same gets resolved.- Mainly from IT Industry only- Mainly from B.tech/ Bsc and science graduate only (ref:updazz.com)
