This role requires a dynamic professional with strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, ABM, social media, and content marketing.Responsibilities Include:Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, aligning with business goals to engage high-value clients through personalized campaigns.Market Research:
Conduct surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor positioning xe2x80x94 translating insights into actionable strategies.Content Creation:
Create compelling email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional content tailored to diverse audiences.Social Media Management:
Oversee the companyxe2x80x99s social media presence, developing and sharing engaging content while fostering meaningful engagement with followers.Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
Monitor marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion data), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with cross-departmental team.
Provide training and support for team members in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Copilot for marketing automation.Analyze data: A marketing person is required to be responsible for analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The Job requires tracking metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and sales. Based on this data, the marketing person may make recommendations for improvements to future campaigns.Collaborate with other departments: A marketing person may work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience. They may also collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives.Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Technology and Financial industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with US clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Dynamics Marketing, LinkedIn and WordPress software.
  • Ability to create dynamic, compelling graphics using the Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined; ability to work alone to complete tasks in a timely manner without significant day-to-day management oversight.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, high-output, time sensitive environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Partner Marketplace Offering and Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Dynamics 365 and Copilot functionalities with business goals.
  • Train and support team members on maximizing the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Copilot in their marketing activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies (SEO, SMM, PPC, ABM campaigns) with a measurable impact on brand growth and visibility.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to influence team members, development teams, and other business groups, often without direct management authority.
  • Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Dynamics Marketing, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Strong expertise in leveraging tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Arefs, or similar platforms to track and improve marketing performance.
