This role involves planning, implementing, and managing social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth managing end-to-end campaigns, and establishing meaningful connections with our audience. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, ready to roll out brand-focused content while actively monitoring and adjusting campaigns based on engagement metrics.Key Responsibilities :Strategy Development :- Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.- Identify target audiences and set clear objectives for each platform.Content Creation and Management :- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to develop engaging and brand-aligned content (images, videos, infographics).- Create a content calendar and manage a consistent posting schedule across platforms.Campaign Planning and Execution :- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, and promotional initiatives.Analytics and Reporting :- Track and analyze the performance of social media initiatives, campaigns, and channels.- Use data insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and increase conversions.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Proven experience 5+ years as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and familiarity with emerging platforms.- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite), and reporting metrics.Note : There are lots of other roles for digital marketing too.
