• Collaborate primarily with Consumer Business Intelligence Process Owner and cross functional partners including external media agency to elicit business requirements and translate to technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain project or product documentation, technical artifacts not limited to data tables, architecture diagrams, business process flows etc.
• Manage hand off and ensure it is understood by technical teams.

Participate in solution development with Data Engineers, Technical Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other technical team members to ensure requirements are met. * Audit project related documentation - internal and external identify gaps and provide support for closure.

• Take full ownership of project documentation lifecycle including storing, archival and versioning.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst in Consumer, Retail, Technology or Management Consulting industry with background (preferred) in Digital Media, Digital Marketing and/or Data Operations/Data Engineering or Data Visualisation.
• Background in dealing with digital media data across GMP stack, programmatic, paid social, paid search and e-commerce.
• DOMO is a must.

Desired / Good to Have skills:

• Background in CPG / FMCG companies.
