Job title:ManagerReporting To (title):Group Operations LeadExperience:10-12 years of experience in graphic designLocation:Gurugram, IndiaPosition Type:Full timeTiming:1 pm to 10 pmWe are currently seeking a highly experienced Design Manager to lead and manage a 40-member design team supporting the Americas region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing art direction, delighting stakeholders meeting their requirements, as well as improving design processes and upskilling the team in design practices.As the Design Manager, you will work closely with design/marketing teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that support their goals. This will involve creating customized PowerPoint and interactive InDesign presentations, brochures, newsletters, microsites, and other marketing materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of various Real Estate related deliverables such as 2D Maps, Site plans, Floor plans, Building Illustrations, and property brochures/flyers.Furthermore, your role will involve people management, where you will lead and mentor the design team to ensure their professional growth and improve the overall quality of the design output. You will also be expected to implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and streamline the design workflow.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design/marketing processes and have a proven track record in collaborating effectively with design/marketing teams. You should possess excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure that all design projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality visual content for the company brand in both digital and print communications, including brochures, flyers, infographics, creative presentations, pitch decks, and research reports.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the fundamental concepts of graphic design principles and guide the design team in their application.
  • Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables effectively communicate accurate information.
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from inception to completion, and provide guidance and direction to the design team throughout the process.
  • Collaborate closely with other designers to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand perception across all design materials.
  • Work collaboratively with marketers, art directors, and design managers in cross-functional teams to develop compelling designs that align with business and stakeholder requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Translate information about the business and stakeholders into visually enticing, easy-to-understand, and emotionally impactful designs.
  • Stay updated on the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field and share knowledge and best practices with the design team.
  • Receive, interpret, and incorporate constructive feedback from project stakeholders into design work.
  • Exhibit a team-oriented attitude and actively contribute to design and functionality-related marketing decisions.
  • Display strong work ethics, taking initiative, and effectively self-managing projects, overcoming obstacles to drive successful project outcomes, and efficiently multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have expertise in working on various Real Estate related deliverables such as 2D Maps, Site plans, Floor plans, Building Illustrations, and property brochures/flyers.

Skills and knowledge
  • A high level of proficiency using Adobe Suite including After Effects, InDesign Interactive, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ideal candidate will be adaptable to new tools as per business requirement
Communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others through written, drawn and verbal means.
  • Prior experience of work with global and international clients is preferred.
Time management
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with problem solving approach and should be able to manage multiple projects and simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Team management
  • Lead and mentor a 40 member team of designers, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow in their roles.
