About the role:

We are looking for a Manger Design & Development to join our team in Vadodara.

As a Manager Design & Development, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
• Oversee the design and development of new and existing products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, production, and service
• Conduct research and innovation, market analysis, and continuous improvement of our products and processes
• Use common CAD software and SAP Business One to create and manage design and engineering documents and data

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from a recognized university
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial design and engineering, preferably in agitator technology and process equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A strong knowledge of design and engineering principles, standards, and tools
• A familiarity with agitator technology and process equipment for various industries
