Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteKey Responsibilities Area:

• Responsible for Continual improvement of forecasting process by engaging requisite local & regional stakeholders thru effectively running EDR process with BU leaders.
• Driving franchise specific inventory and forecasting strategy.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders for adoption of best practice on forecasting and inventory management.

• Exploring new initiatives on process optimization & digitization for improved short/medium term planning.
• Identify opportunities for Inventory and E&O optimization for respective franchises and drive with finance and sales.
• ROP and safety stock review and monitoring to enhance service levels with optimized inventory
• Identify and drive actions related inventory reduction and E&O liquidation with sales and finance.
• Identify and drive initiative like MOQ, sea shipments to reduce inbound transportation cost.
• Inventory hygiene thru right inventory levels across all the nodes.
• Continual improvement of NRP (Net Requirement Planning) process by engaging requisite local & regional stakeholders
• Collaborate with suppliers and set up review mechanism for error free product supply.

Competencies and experience:

• 10 years + of experience in Supply Chain. For MBA candidates, we can bring experience requirement down.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills
• Customer Centric Mindset
• P&L or cost management or revenue management experience is a plus
• Skilled in Ms Excel /Power BI

Educational Qualification :

• Min Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Graduate and MBA from premium college
• APICS certification is preferred
