Manage and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders within the firm (Business specific risk teams, client facing teams etc.) to implement innovative QRM (Quality and Risk management) solutions
Identify need for technological interventions and work with relevant in-house teams to automate key risk and quality processes within the firm
Identify key contractual risks and scope related risks in specific opportunities and assist teams in developing mitigation plans
Strategically analyze key risk and quality parameters and present the insights/findings to leadership at regular intervals
Lead learning and development activities for supporting risk and quality management across the firm
Performs additional duties as assigned
Educational and experience requirements
Post-graduate, preferably in any quantitative discipline (such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics)
At-least 08 years of work experience in the areas of strategic Planning, data analytics, Process optimization, Leadership management etc.
Having advanced knowledge on Microsoft tools - Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
Experience of supporting technology teams in development of tools
Good communication and relationship management skills
Experience in risk and quality management is preferred
