Sr. Manager- Data Security - (5+ Years) - GurugramSeeking an experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years in overseeing data security and privacy protocols. Familiarity with regulations like GDPR and CCPA, as well as proficiency in technologies like DLP, DRM, Masking, Tokenization, and data classification, will be advantageous.Location- GurgaonYour future employer: The largest non-bank private-sector life insurer in India.Responsibilities: * Leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of data privacy and security policies, procedures, and controls

• Monitoring, measuring and ensuring governance of controls for compliance such as IRDAI, AADHAAR Act and Data Protection Bill (India)
• Ensuring the security and protection of personal information in the custody or control of the business
• Ensuring Information Security due diligence and leading incident response, including data breach preparedness
• Responsible for managing and implementing technology changes such as DLP, DRM, Data security and classification tools

Requirements: * Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Information management and security (pref. B. Tech/M.Tech/MS)

• 5-8 years of experience in managing data security & privacy practices and technologies
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws and framework is preferred.
• Preferred certifications CISSP, CIPP-IT, DSCI certified privacy professional, DLP Architect
• Familiar with Information Security compliance management, Data Leakage Prevention, Data Security, Privacy, Data Protection, Third party risk Management, IRDA Security Guidelines, ISO 27001 ISMS, NIST Security Guidelines, Data Security & Classification tools (DLP, DRM etc.)
