We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead our Data Science & Processes team. In this role, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and execution of analytics activities across contracts, with the goal of reducing costs and enhancing delivery quality.What you will do
Enhance data analytics & science through use case design, modeling & realization.
Develop methods/systems for insights extraction in future data science.
Ensure global End-to-End (EOE) process development & maintenance.
Drive business discussions for process deployment solutions.
Coordinate development of scientific methods for applied analytics.
Lead MS contracts improvement projects for cost reduction & CX enhancement.
Develop top statistical models & algorithms.
Communicate E2E Service Management improvement strategy to stakeholders.
Prioritize changes/opportunities based on CX & business benefit.
Continuously develop processes based on LCM team feedback.
Ensure compliance with EOE guidelines & work instructions.
Drive pre-sales engagements & secure internal sign-offs.
Support Head of Service Improvement & Service Operations Governance.
Build domain competence & capability through hiring, training & coaching.
Maintain high motivation & productive work environment.
Manage line responsibilities incl. annual salary review & competence development.
Fulfill billability, utilization, efficiency targets & financial forecasting.
Adhere to Service Line Operate Ways of Working, Processes & Tools.
Implement service delivery quality strategy & culture.
Ensure adherence to country/local policies & drive EHS compliance.
Access necessary information to carry out responsibilities effectively.
Monitor & control departmental budget, ensuring cost control.
Approve travel & expenses of employees under control.You will bringDegree in Engineering or equivalent (ECE/CSE/IT) / MBA.
Around 14+ years of total experience with 10+ years in Telecom Operations.
Previous experience working with Data Scientists/Data Engineers, Process Consultants/Experts, and/or Service/Delivery Management.
Management experience (5+ years) including resource and budget management.
Knowledge and experience in Data Science, Event Management, Incident Management, etc.
Solid understanding of Ericsson Policies, Directives, and Guidelines.
Good understanding of SLA and WLA/OLA.
