Your role is instrumental in ensuring consistent and thorough analytics capabilities that enable Unilever to collect relevant first party and third-party information to help drive its data and audience/personalisation ambitions in a consistent, safe and secure manner. Building strong partnerships with your Corporate Centre and Business Group colleagues is a must as you will play an invaluable part in translating requirements and solutions from across Unilever and UniOps. You\'ll need to be aware of the everchanging consumer and technical landscape and consider their effects on the analytics data collection space. You must view the long-term use of the products and ensure you deliver for scalability and adaptability into the solutions from day one. As the Data Collection Engineering Lead, you\'ll be a key driver of analytics development in the Consumer Experience team - raising the floor in terms of the analytics understanding our community has. You have a responsibility to contribute to the team\'s culture and drive positive change, ensuring analytics is front and centre of all projects and architecture ensuring the principles align with Unilever\'s cultural values. Job Summary Drive adoption and industralisation of the tools identified in Data Collection - namely Adobe Launch and Analytics, and Google Analytics (360/GA4) Drive the product roadmap across Adobe Launch and Analytics, and Google Analytics (360/GA4) in conjunction with the Uniops Media team and Own the Product Vision and roadmap to drive innovation and growth opportunities with a self-service and scale mentality as core themes. Ensure analytics data collection is future fit and able to be an omnichannel offering to fit the ever-changing external landscape and expectations of our consumers, whether this be through brand.com, online communities, social media and the Metaverse (Web 3.0) etc. Research and analyse external sources, market needs, user expectations and develop and drive the roadmap for the product (including an awareness of competitors and the broader industry). Usage, collection, and safety of consumer data should be of paramount concern. You will have an awareness of Unilever\'s approach to consumer data, ensuring you develop to the highest standard, keeping yourself, your team, and your users aware and accountable to privacy rules and expectations. Through the Power of One, you will be responsible for the industrialisation of metrics in the existing and future framework You are responsible for the usage and collection of consumer data and therefore will require knowledge of CEP, CX, Ecom, D2C, Unilever.com and UFS. Own the agile development and rollout of new products in Unilever with the use of SCRUM or Kanban, backlog, to priorities key stories ensuring that business value and product strategy are completed. Be able to co-ordinate backlogs and development across a team of Engineers, Support and Project Management including resource and budget management Own the stakeholder ownership with the DMC Leads, Business Groups and Business Units Test the status quo of both how to achieve goals but also inspire and lead Unilever to try new and different things. Develop key KPI\'s that will be the measure of the team\'s success include industralisation of these so others adhere to the guidance given. Provide enablement material and training, driving knowledge and adoption of new products within the business and its agencies Key Responsibilities Previous experience as a technical lead or with consumer engagement platforms is beneficial You should have a clear understanding of Digital Marketing, 121, personalisation, social media, SEO, marketing and media to effectively perform this role. Subject matter/delivery expertise in any of the strategic platforms such as Adobe/Google and alternatives In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles - Use of Jira and Confluence Able to regularly connect with the appropriate community and stakeholders to share developments, decisions and to understand user needs and expectations Provide recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions You should be aware of privacy and legal concerns and rules globally and be able to ensure any development or programs adhere to these to the highest standard.
