The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes within the Container Freight Station.

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in operations, logistics, and customer service.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and develop actionable plans for process optimization.

• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from operational data and drive data-driven decision making.

• Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management.

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
• Preparation of Business Cases for ( New and ongoing) Projects

Educational Qualification (min)

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Knowledge of container handling operations, customs clearance procedures, and regulatory requirements in the logistics industry.

Preferred Certifications if any

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Range/ Min no of years - of overall Experience required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
