About the PositionThe Global Business Services team is looking for an experienced and dynamic GBS Quality Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. Youll be working in the newly created Global Analytics Service (GAS) focused on the development and continuous improvement of data quality across several data sets. Youll be reporting to the Global Analytics Center of Excellence Lead. It is a global team, so there is significant exposure to senior and business stakeholders. You will focus on centralizing data quality analysis for our data assets and ensuring the data quality is in line with our customers (the business users and development teams) expectations and drive adoption.A successful candidate will showcase an exceptionally strong mix of analytical and influential skills. They will be courageous in the face of uncertainty, balance ambiguity with innovative thinking and strategic priorities. They must be an excellent translator/communicator and be able to earn trust with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and third parties as well. They will be a true owner and have a superb track record of delivering analytical solutions.Role / Responsibilities

  • The candidate will lead the Global Data Quality Team (GDQ) under Global Analytics Service (GAS) structure day-to-day operations and will be responsible for the overall continuous improvement data quality process, controls and results.
  • The position holder will partner with zone and global data stewards as well as local business stewards. They will own the creation and management of data quality controls from creating the plan, funding structure, and assembling the right data quality team resources to manage and clean data.
  • The Senior Analytics Manager will partner with business stakeholders and the business product owners to understand product roadmaps and visions. They will focus on keeping the products relevant for business users to drive adoption. They will then be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the product roadmap. They will also act as an escalation point for the Product Owners if any issues arise.
  • The role will set up and manage the GAS Data Quality Teams (pods), including identifying the right team and time allocation based on the data set priorities and business needs. This role will involve people management and they will be expected to hire and onboard new resources into the GAS in line with the overall roadmap in order to continually expand the service to the business.
  • The role will create processes and SLAs between the GAS and the business teams, to ensure a high service reliability. The candidate will be focused on customer service, providing a high-quality service to the business teams and ensure positive feedback and NPS scores for the GAS.
  • The position holder will be expected to partner with IT teams, Data Management teams and system leads to provide sound technical foundations for laying down data quality framework.
  • The candidate will build the Global Data Quality roadmap to expand and enhance the service offering to the business in different domains of data and systems. They will own the forecast and resource planning to support this growth. They will then partner with the Global Analytics Center of Excellence Lead to implement and deliver the roadmap to expand the GAS.
Qualifications:Technical skills relevant to the role
  • Bachelor or masters degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, computer science, math, statistics, data science, or a business-related field such as economics, finance, business management
  • 8+ years of total experience with 5+ years in data management, data quality and governance controls and processes for different functions inside a company (Revenue Growth Management, Marketing effective, Supply chain, Financial planning & Analysis, Master Data)
  • Experience in implementing data quality controls on CPG companies
  • Experience in Collibra and Snowflake
  • Experience in leading teams in large-scale consulting engagements and solutions implementation
  • Experience in recruiting, training, developing and coaching talent
  • Product mindset with hands-on experience in developing, implementing & delivery solutions
  • Worked in an onshore-offshore model and multi-vendor model before
  • Good understanding of data pipelines, data architecture, and a data quality framework with business execution to drive change in client organizations.
  • Should be able to communicate seamlessly with both the analytics community as also the business community
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior leadership/executives.
  • Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action
  • Expertise in agile product management and delivery
  • Experience in Data Quality and Data Governance and understand trends in the industry.
  • Experience with working with data from SAP and/or ERP Systems.

  • Proven ability of agile product delivery including managing development teams.
  • Proven ability to complete projects & deliver results in an ambiguous, fast paced work environment.
  • Proven strong leadership skills within the project team and in the business community.
  • Extensive experience interacting & influencing C-levels executives & working in a multi-functional domain.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English where this is not a native language.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Diverse product (or project) management experience, including managing products & product teams of different sizes and parallel working.
  • Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies and track/measure results.
  • Proven ability to build and motivate a team to achieve well communicated expectations.
  • Proven strong negotiating and consensus building abilities.
  • Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations.
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in MIS or equivalent IT field experience required.
  • An ability to work effectively in a global-matrix organization is essential.
  • Working knowledge of on-shore and off-shore application support management.
