Role Summary: As a GTT Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic environment helping internal and external clients solve complex business problems with insight data analysis by partnering with internal and external clients to evaluate the business needs with respect to GTT\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and goals. Job Scope/Supervision: This role will collaborate with other developers, data architects, and business and data analysts to ensure data quality and consistency across reporting solutions. This role will have managerial responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities: As a GTT Manager, Data Analyst, your responsibilities may include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage/lead team members by guiding and overseeing the data analyst team \xe2\x80\xa2 Define project goals, timelines and deliverables \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with other departments to align data initiatives with business objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish data governance policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills using structured and unstructured data \xe2\x80\xa2 Follows an agile methodology for all standard SDLC phases that includes but not limited to: o Validation of performance metrics requirements o Creation of Epics/User Stories/Tasks o Testing \xe2\x80\x93 Integration, load, and stress test o Deployment publication internally and externally \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with stakeholders to prioritize data and information needs across all projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as a primary point of contact for data related queries \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement data analysis strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure data integrity and quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform data analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify trends within the data and identify types of data needed to track 2 \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish GTT\xe2\x80\x99s best practices for data owners to understand and utilize the data self-serve source functionality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the Data Architects and Data Engineers on implementation designs and data acquisition strategies for an optimal data design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support interactive Power BI training programs focused on reporting tool proficiency, data visualization best practices, and end-user data training and enablement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with management to ensure data governance policies continue to expand in adoption. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works closely with data owners on data lineage and data dictionary \xe2\x80\xa2 As part of continuous improvement, identify the process gaps to improve, and implement best practices in data analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourage a culture for continuous learning and development within the team Required Experience/Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 7+ years of professional experience in building dashboards, data visualization tools such as Power BI \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring data analyst team \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to plan, execute and oversee multiple projects simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in writing complicated yet efficient PSQL and SQL queries and stored procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Very good understanding of database systems SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL \xe2\x80\xa2 Full understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing, and data transformation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience designing and developing scripts using Python. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience on agile sprint process \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of Power BI architecture, applying business rules and data validations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) reports & dashboards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills using structured and unstructured data \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to effectively interact with, present information to, and respond to questions from all levels of the organization and partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable with ambiguity, creative thinking, and leading change. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of ETL concepts and experience in working with ETL tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with data warehousing concepts \xe2\x80\xa2 A mentoring mindset and comfort engaging and training less experienced colleagues. \xe2\x80\xa2 High attention to detail & forward thinking \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work individually or within a team in a fast-paced environment Hours/Travel/Shift: Core Competencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients;
