• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity governance.
• Proven Experience of 5 +Yrs experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Active Directory, and/or related technologies.
• Should have lead or mentor team, strong communication skills.
• Cross-functional knowledge of security and risk frameworks and governance practices, including access control, user provisioning, and compliance.
• Motivated and adaptable in an agile, global, and collaborative environment.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
• Practical experience implementing and integrating with cloud security models, SaaS applications, and DevOps Practices
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology,or a related field, or relevant certification or experience. CISM or CISSP or CISE

• Identity Governance: Design, improve, and lead execution of identity governance practices to ensure the security and compliance of user identities and secure application access across the organization.
• Technology Proficiency: Leverage your technology skills to propose, manage, and drive effective management and insights for our identity governance tools.
• Microsoft Tooling: Evaluate and drive adoption of Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID), Active Directory, and Identity tool ecosystem to govern and manage user identities, application onboarding, and access permissions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of identity governance policies, procedures, and access controls. Advise on policy, standard and procedure updates and impacts.
• Analytics and Reporting: Employ analytics and reporting capabilities to identify and mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps. Propose and develop programs to improve coverage and effectiveness of services.
• Incident Response: Assist in cybersecurity incident response activities related to identity and access management and drive learnings into improved observability and capabilities.
• Cloud and CI/CD: Apply your expertise in cloud Security-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance our security practices in a dynamic environment that includes SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises solutions for both IT and OT environments.
• Communication: Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement effective identity governance policies and best practices.
