##### About the Position
The Manager of CSR Solutions will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and values. This role involves leading the CSR team, working closely with senior leadership, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to drive impactful social and environmental initiatives.
##### Responsibilities
Strategy and Program Development:
• Develop and implement the company's CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify key areas for CSR initiatives and create innovative solutions to address social and environmental challenges.
• Lead the design, planning, and execution of CSR programs and projects.
Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the CSR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and project management within the CSR team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community organizations, NGOs, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate CSR initiatives into the company's overall business strategy.
• Represent the company at CSR-related events, conferences, and industry forums.
Impact Measurement and Reporting:
• Develop and implement metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed CSR reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in all CSR activities and reporting.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
• Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in CSR and sustainability.
• Identify and implement new approaches and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and impact of CSR programs.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the CSR team and across the organization.
Communication and Training:
• Develop and execute communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives and engage employees and external stakeholders.
• Create educational materials and deliver training programs to enhance understanding and participation in CSR activities.
• Coordinate CSR campaigns and events to raise awareness and drive engagement.
##### Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
• Master's degree in Social work, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, CSR, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a related field is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing successful CSR programs.
• Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of CSR initiatives.Strong strategic planning and project management skills
• Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives using relevant metrics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.
