Provide strategic inputs and support for various CSR programmes & collaborations (e.g. partner capacity building, new partnerships, due diligence, proposal evaluation and design etc. )
Execute education programme in Rajasthan including continuous on ground connect, grant disbursements, documentation, reporting etc.
Drive pan-India employee volunteering - collaborate with external organizations and pan-India L&T CSR coordinators. Motivate employees through awareness & immersive engagement on various causes. Create interesting volunteering opportunities & ensure key processes are followed
Engage with employees across the organization/retirees/trainees about CSR and employee volunteering
Drive CSR engagement between L&T S&A Companies, alignment to a CSR vision and social impact t
Create documentation based on needs emerging from Group CSR Council and sub- group stakeholder discussions
Manage large-scale & high value initiatives (e.g. L&T Covid response) as required
Prepare various updates for management as needed
Support with CSR communication initiatives, award applications
Represent L&T CSR in external forums
Guide and support junior team members on various initiatives
