- The Super Luxury Customer Relationship Manager would play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand\'s image and ensuring that clients receive an unparalleled luxury experience, which is crucial for maintaining loyalty and driving business growth.
- Proven experience in luxury customer relationship management, with HNIs and NRIs
- Should be from a hospitality background - hotels/airlines
- Identify and target potential super luxury clients through market research, referrals, and networking.
- Committed to delivering personalized, unparalleled service
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS - Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any problems promptly and to the client\'s satisfaction.
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills (especially English)
