Position : Manager CRM - Collections/Finance

Location : Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Collections Management
• Customer Service Management
• Handling Escalations
• Managing CRM operations and documentation
• Managing CRM operations and documentations
• Managing Banking partners
• Team Management
• Identify the Risk and problematic areas to take necessary
• Coordination with Inter & Intra Departments

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification Required: Graduates & above
• Experience : 10+ years
• Soft Skill / Computer Silks Required : Communication & Listening Skills

Pay Scale: Upto 9 LPA

Real estate experience is mandatory
