:Reporting: * Design and publish all business and related dashboard and MIS to all stakeholders at defined frequency.

• Analyze and provide insights on the monthly dashboards to senior management
• Build and maintain automated reporting through Tableau and other systems by working closely with Data Science and IT teams
• Identify and create the mistake proofing technology for all reports.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms

Business Solution * Be the interface between Product and IT teams for innovative solutions to generate new business avenues.

• Provide innovative and digital solutions to minimize TAT, improve productivity and enhance efficiency.

Skill Set: * Proficient with tools such as Excel, Visio, power point

• Knowledge of Visual basics, tableau, SAS, DB SQL will be the added advantage
• Understanding of retail assets loan products
• Strong analytical skills to arrive various business analysis and ability
• Expertise in data management
• Quick learner and proactive in nature.

Grade: M2/M3Education: Any Graduate /PG / MBAExperience : Min 2-5 yrs in relevant domain
