Role Job Level/ Designation Manager - Cost Analyst Function / Department OnM Location Karnal (Haryana) Job Purpose To Ensure Cost per site as per budgeted value. Governance with Infra service partners for energy billing & others disputes resolution. Energy cost optimization in discussion with stakeholders Opex Budget preparation Key Result Areas/Accountabilities To ensure cost / site is less than budgeted value. Reduction in high opex sites basis Rentals, energy cost etc. Implementation of energy savings feature in RAN & other equipment\'s. 100% Audits of actual load at sites. Taking Initiative to reduce overall opex in all technology domains. Maintaining monthly overall opex details. Annual Budget preparation in discussion with stakeholders. Utilization MSA clauses for IP dispute resolution Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Experience on RAN network loadings of various equipments. Coordination skills with service partners. Understanding of Energy Billing / diesel / EB consumption fundamentals Analytical skills Must have technical / professional qualifications B .Tech/B.E.
