We are looking for a Sales Manager with min 4+years of experience into Corporate Sales/B2B Sales specialised in corporate gifting, which include sales directly to corporate and through various corporate gifting partners. He should also be able to deal with our audio engineering products for Delhi NCR location.
Key Responsibility
• Enterprise Sales Growth: Drive enterprise sales efforts by establishing and nurturing relationships with major corporates and key stakeholders. Reach out to the corporates directly, using his/her relations to ensure our brand products are part of their bundling/channel schemes/festive gifting /trade promotions etc.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Sales Funnel Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline. Own this vertical independently. Should be capable of understanding & owning the P&L of his/her vertical.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
Skills & Abilities
• 4-8 years of experience in Corporate Gifting, B2B Corporate Sales
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
• Past experience of handling corporate sale is must
• Resource must be based out from Gurgaon but should be mobile to travel across.
• Corporate Gifting background is preferred but not mandatory
• Preferred a resource with own vehicle.
• Strong experience in B2B selling and B2B client Management
Qualification & Experience
• Any Graduation
• Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales) is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 4 years+ of experience in corporate sales
• Self-starter who can run the show independently
Salary & Location
• CTC LPA+ variable which will be directly linked to the sales generated+ Local conveyance as per policy
• Based out of Gurgaon
