Position Name : Corporate Finance Manager
Job Location : Chennai

The Company : Joint Venture between a leading global manufacturer and a fast-growing Chennai industrial house, targeting a global clientele. An export oriented company in a high-speed manufacturing venture that is already at production stage and poised for exponential growth in a priority sector.

The Job :

- Lead / Manage the Corporate Finance function as well as support the holding companies accounting and the accounts consolidation of subsidiaries.

- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, taxation and regulatory compliance is needed.

- Position reports to the global CFO who is located overseas

Responsibilities :

- Manage the financial operations of the company including banking and Forex regulations on foreign capital, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of accounting process

- Manage regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations

- Manage the company\'s taxation and GST obligations

- Work closely with foreign joint venture partners to ensure smooth financial operations

- Provide financial analysis and support to other departments within the group, as needed

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors and otter external stakeholders

- Should have SAP Implementation experience.

Your Profile :

- Chartered Accountant : 12-15 years experience at the corporate level, including a stint with a manufacturing company are essential. Key areas of expertise should include Accounting, Taxation, Banking & Financial Management, Reporting and regulatory compliance. Experience in setting up the Accounting function and interface with the governments departments for incentives would be an asset.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially in dealing with foreign partners.

- Excellent analytical skills, Should be fluent in Tamil and English.
