External Communications:

1. Device annual communications plan in alignment with business leaders and spokespeople
2. Align and lead PR agency on public relations topics
3. Sustain existing and build new media relationships and expand media exposure and outreach
4. Maintain and establish relationships with industry body interfaces
5. Develop media content like press releases, articles, statements, quotes, product information docs, and Q&A responses as and when required. Ensure quality control of the information.
6. Press events: Manage media interviews, roundtable, press meet, press conferences, and media visits
7. Press material: ensure press material guidelines are followed, boilerplate is maintained at all times, develop/maintain executive profiles, and key messages
8. Customer communications: Develop and edit customer journals
9. Securing speaker opportunities and identifying relevant spokespeople
10. Manage spokespeople\'s expectations, media exposure, and media training, build thought leadership, and work closely with CEO\'s office
11. Plan ad placements with relevant media
12. Identify new media campaigns for Continental to be part of
13. Always stay aligned with the global team on messaging
14. Usage of internal collaboration tool Dirico
15. Develop a systematic tracking system
16. Crisis preparedness: develop a plan, and statements, align with compliance/legal, manage organization and CEO profile

Internal Communications

1. Ensure brand guidelines are followed thoroughly and impart the knowledge with other points of contact from different departments
2. Conduct a regular audit of facility branding
3. Identify and maintain contacts with relevant agencies e.g creative, merchandise
4. Review branding material

Digital

1. Manage, maintain, and update intranet pages
2. Develop content for blogs, intranet, and website
3. Maintain and update webpages in a timely manner
4. Create short posts for social media pages
5. Social media handle takeover and management

Marketing and Events

1. Conceptualize, coordinate, organize, and execute industry and customer events
2. Establish strong connections with business area points of contact to gain knowledge on the latest products, technologies, and happenings
3. Explore media angles to leverage event communication
4. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and maintain an excellent relationship, with those who will be responsible for event management e.g. agency, venue provider, compliance, purchase, logistics
5. Thorough understanding of event brand guidelines
6. Be creative in identifying areas that can be leveraged for communication, collaboration, and exposure (both internal and external)
7. Be part of the global calls and maintain relationships and share timely updates with the team

Qualifications

MBA or Masters in Journalism, Business Communication, English, or any related fields
