Excellent opportunity with global medical devices company in Communication & PR. Strategise and build Communications & PR function from scratch. Enclosed below are the key responsibilities for the role. a) Strategising and driving internal and external communication plan for the organisation in line with global corporate communication plan. b) Manage all media communications including crisis and reputation management. c) Positioning the brand in relevant forums and events. Representing the brand in various award categories and drafting write ups. d) Implement change management strategy and weave a communication plan to ensure adoption by both internal and external stakeholders. e) Manage social media channels to ensure that content is engaging and aligned to the organisational framework. f) Assist the organisation in company wide events in terms of content creation and implementation. The Successful Applicant a) An ideal candidate should have 6-12 years of experience in Communication & PR domain b) Should have excellent written and oral communication skills c) Candidates from FMCG or Medical Sector would be preferred. d) Candidate should have excellent drafting and articulations skills. e) Should have prior experience in managing PR. f) Exposure to change management would be of added advantage.
