GRADUATE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING



• Contract Management:


+ Develop, review, and negotiate contracts specific to the bridge construction project, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.
+ Manage contract changes, amendments, and renewals, ensuring all modifications are documented and approved.
+ Monitor contract performance, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms and conditions.
+ Resolve contract-related disputes and issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Compliance and Risk Management:


+ Ensure all contracts comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to bridge construction.
+ Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, particularly those that may impact project timelines and budgets.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant construction laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:


+ Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documents related to the bridge construction project.
+ Prepare and present regular reports on contract status and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
+ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
