• Good understanding of commercial law; strong subject matter expertise; able to provide sound and practical legal advice on all corporate and contractual issues.
• Excellent research, analytical skills; able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine

on compliance/ legal issues effectively. * Able to mentor team members and be a trusted member of the legal/compliance team.

• Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem solving and analytical

skills. Keen attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of awareness to be able to face client,suppliers, internal stakeholders; anticipate client needs and build strong business
relationships. * Proven experience of effectively managing client relationships, managing teams, SLAand project management and solutioning * 11 -12 years experience of being project member in the legal outsourcing domain ofwhich at least 2 years should be in managing or leading contracting projects * Clear fundamental understanding and technical expertise in contract review, redlining,negotiations to be able to provide guidance to the team and engage with legal counsel
and business owners on the client side * Exposure to commercial functions of a project or client account would be an advantage

• Exposure to procurement contracts and industry-based knowledge would be an

advantage
