The Manager for Content Operations will be mainly responsible for ensuring on time-delivery with quality while ensuring operational excellence of processes via continuous process improvement and robust metric controls of quality, efficiency & productivity.

About the Role:
As Manager, Content Operations \xe2\x80\x93 Product Delivery, you will:
Provides leadership to teams responsible for Product Delivery teams including Product Testing and Specialty Content, which meet or exceed customer expectations for currency, completeness, and quality.
Initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships and provides strong people leadership for direct reports.
Leads department and organization-wide efforts, driving process improvements, simplification and automation, and delivering on business and/ or location-specific priorities.
Manages team(s) across locations, depending upon requirements. Executes global and local strategic requirements across span of control.
Leads team to ensure production deliverables and operational requirements are seamlessly met
Collaborates throughout the product life cycle providing insight, guidance and support.
Communicates effectively with other teams and departments, locally and globally, sharing knowledge at all times and adopting best practices.
Coaches, trains and develops staff within group including providing direct feedback on performance and conducts performance reviews.
Participates in performance management process, including compensation planning, of assigned teams/ span of control; provides input on promotional decisions. Evaluates and/or creates metrics for processes wherein metrics are unavailable.
Drives talent and career development, builds next level leadership layer. Builds and implements strategies to limit attrition with focus on retention of critical and high performing employees.
Global leader and representative for group or business unit with strong relationships across core business unit, partner orgs/ business units, and customers
Develops departmental plans and organizational strategy in support of business outcomes.
About You:
You\'re a fit for this role, if your background includes:
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Related Field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in content operations or other publishing activities.
Experience assigning work, allocating resources, driving results, and controlling costs.
Experience developing departmental plans, including business, production and organizational priorities, which support overall business strategy.
Experience developing strong relationships with business partners.
Experience communicating difficult and complex concepts effectively, by altering communication style to the audience.
Preferred: Demonstrated strong people leadership and team leadership skills.
