This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.
This role will act as the primary contact point for our customers (banks & financial institutions), will work jointly with them & internal teams, and demonstrate progress & improvement in their key metrics.
The role will work closely with Head & JVP - Consumer Services and other process leads, to ensure that customers respond within the regulatory requirements, thus improving overall end-consumer satisfaction scores. What You\'ll Bring:

  • Ensure operational processes are carried out as per regulatory requirements and as per industry best practices.
  • Identify key risks and controls within the business and operational processes.
  • Execute audit procedures in alignment with company policies and international standards.
  • Build processes that meet our business and regulatory objectives and ensure compliance.
  • Responsible to closely track and improve regulatory related metrics and requirements.
  • Provide timely, complete & accurate reports to internal stakeholders and regulators
  • Responsible for achieving metrics related to clients and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Bring in improvements in the process to achieve results and comply with changing internal and external environments, regulatory requirements, and industry expectations.
  • Provide management with analyses, recommendations, and information concerning the activities reviewed.
Impact You\'ll Make:
  • 10-12 years of experience in operations management and stakeholder management, preferably in Operations and Customer management processes within BFSI domain.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Ability to create reports and dashboard which can be shared internal & external audience Bachelor\'s Degree in appropriate field of study and equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
