• Qualification: LLB/CS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in compliance, preferably in listed securities, debenture trustee compliance, treasury departments of NBFCs, etc.
• CTC: Basis current package and caliber
• Communication: Proficiency in English is a must

This role involves regulatory and statutory compliance for listed and unlisted debenture transactions, client interaction, due diligence, and coordination with legal and operations teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle compliance for listed and unlisted debenture transactions, including regulatory filings and periodic due diligence.
• Assist clients with queries and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
• Work on DLT platforms for covenant monitoring and compliance tracking.
• Review charge forms, follow up on compliance documents, and issue necessary NOCs.
• Monitor interest/principal payments and ensure adherence to SEBI (DT) Regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for compliance-related matters.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide insights on new developments.
