Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Design a Compensation Package based on Business Goals and Strategy, work and Organizational Culture
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and job evaluations
- Handling Annual performance pay process aligned to organization goals
- Lead and manage compensation projects for the entire organization
- Design and develop compensation policies and different schemes of variable remuneration
- Conduct market research to determine industry trends and competitive pay rates
- Design Evaluation & Job Analysis, Salary Benchmarking & Parity, Performance Pay & Incentives
Qualifications
- MBA/MMS B.Tech/BE Information Technology/ Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Experience with HRIS and compensation software systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
